PROPERTY MANAGMENT
AND RENTAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

Project GO, Inc., is a private, non-profit community service organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for residents of low or limited financial means. Designed and created as affordable housing for seniors and families, the organization utilizes funding and financial resources made available through tax credits, bonds, block grants and HOME programs.

Project GO, Inc.’s work within low-income communities exposed a serious and prevailing gap between those in need of quality, affordable housing, and that which was available in the greater Sacramento region. Developing the first of ten affordable apartment communities in 1989, Project GO, Inc. continues to serve residents of diverse economic and ethnic backgrounds, providing vital social, educational, employment, and health and nutrition services.

Currently, Project GO, Inc. has developed 800 affordable apartment and continues to manage over 400 units in the Sacramento region for qualified low-to moderate-income families and seniors, providing long-term, high-quality professional property management services.

Young families, college students, professionals early in their careers and senior citizens enjoy the benefit of security and safety offered, while living independent lives within the neighborhoods they are most familiar.
